Job Store Staffing is seeking an Assistant Account Manager for an insurance agency located in the Centennial area. The Assistant Account Manager must have great customer service skills and strong attention to detail. This position will be responsible for answering incoming calls handling insurance inquiries, such as explaining insurance, providing quotes, researching claims and following up with clients. The Assistant Account Manager will also be responsible for office manager duties and must have excellent data entry skills and be proficient in Word and Excel. The Assistant Account Manager will be thoroughly trained in Health and Life Insurance but previous experience in the Insurance industry is required. A current or past license in Health and Life Insurance is also preferred. If a candidate does not have a current license they must be willing to pay for the license. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity and will be long-term for the right candidate.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm, Friday 8am-12pm.
