From their workshop in Colorado, these artisans use time-honored techniques to cut, solder, turn and hand produce every piece so that each one bears the loyal imprint of its maker.
Pay Range: $20-25/hour
Shift: Monday - Friday 7:00 am - 3:30 pm
What you'll do in this role:
- Operate various fabrication equipment such as cut-off saws, shear, mills, lathes, drill presses and soldering equipment to produce a variety of parts conforming to specification
- Read and interpret engineering blueprints
- Fabricate metal components or structures
- Perform quality checks on finished products
- Set up fabricating machines and design custom templates
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 years of fabrication experience
- General knowledge of shop math, including basic trigonometry
- Complete knowledge of fabrication equipment, setups, and fabrication practices
- Ability to use 3D CAD software a plus
