Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a Real Estate company located in Colorado Springs. In this role, you will be an integral part of daily office operations and the overall client experience. You will support administrative and property management functions, ensure smooth office workflows, and provide high-level customer service. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in a professional real estate environment that supports both clients and internal teams.
Hours: Day Shift – 40 hours a week
Must have open schedule to work weekends
Pay: $25-30/hour
Essential Duties:
- Assist with daily office operations, including coordinating schedules and supporting property management tasks
- Ensure efficient and professional customer service for clients and vendors
- Maintain organized files, manage calendars, and handle front desk responsibilities
- Assist with event planning and vendor coordination to ensure smooth execution of office events
- Implement and support functional aspects of Office 365
- Monitor workflows and administrative processes to support team efficiency
Position Requirements:
- 3 years administrative experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication or related degree field (degree will be verified)
- Experience working in real estate preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication and customer service skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Pre-Employment Requirements
- Three interviews are required prior to hiring
- Background check, drug screening (including THC), and resume verification will be completed
- Driving record will be checked
- Two letters of reference required (dated within the last six months and brought to the interview)
