Job Description

2nd Shift TIG Welder

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (80907)

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable TIG Welder to join our 2nd shift team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in TIG welding various materials and possess a strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality welds. This position requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform TIG welding on a variety of materials, including but not limited to steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding specifications.
  • Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Inspect welds for accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve welding issues.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Requires 5 plus years experience.
  • Proven experience as a TIG Welder.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols.
  • Proficient in setting up and operating TIG welding equipment.
  • Strong understanding of welding techniques and procedures.
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
