Job Description

Job Store Staffing is seeking an Entry-Level Test Operator to join our client’s team in Colorado Springs. This company specializes in testing electronic components for manufacturers in aerospace, defense, automotive, and other various industries.
 
A successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining testing equipment, executing test procedures, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our products. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth within the company.
 
Shift: 4:00 pm – 12:00 am Monday – Friday
Duration: Long-term, Contract to Hire
Compensation: $16/hour
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80915

We're looking for a candidate with an exceptional attendance record, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit. Passing a Drug Screen, including testing for THC, is a requirement. If you're a high-energy individual with a thirst for knowledge, we'll provide you with the training to thrive in this role.
 
To be considered for this position, applicants should have a consistent work history and a proven track record of reliability, with minimal gaps in employment.
 
Responsibilities:

 Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year in manufacturing environment
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Basic computer skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
