Job Description

Job Store Staffing is hiring Assembly/Production Team Members for one of our clients located in East Central Colorado Springs. 

Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 8:30 pm to 7:00 am or 10:30 pm to 9:00 am
Overtime and Saturdays if needed during peak season

The ideal candidate has a great attendance track record, is detailed, a true team player, and has the availability to work overtime, including Saturdays during their peak season.

Pay: $17.75 / hour

Essential Job Functions Include:
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions blueprint specifications, and parts lists
  • Gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials
  • Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements
  • Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process
  • Test finished products for defects
  • Keep a clean and well-maintained workspace
 
Requirements: 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
  • Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
  • Attention to detail for product assembly.
  • Teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Reporting skills for equipment and safety issues.
  • Adherence to company policies and commitment to improvement.
