Client Support Administrator

Location: Colorado Springs, CO (80919)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:15 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $19/hour

Job Description:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative with prior office experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a customer-focused mindset.
Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls professionally
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide support
  • Process orders, invoices, and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Requirements:
  • Prior office experience is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
