Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator and be part of a fast-paced, hands-on environment! This role is perfect for a self-motivated, detail-oriented individual who is experienced with laser and CNC machinery and ready to take initiative. In addition to operating machines, you will assist with material handling duties to keep production running smoothly.

Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday
  • 8–10 hour shifts (overtime as needed)
Pay:
  • Starting at $18/hour (higher pay based on experience)
Responsibilities:
  • Operate and maintain laser and CNC machines safely and efficiently
  • Monitor production to ensure quality standards are met
  • Perform material handling tasks, including moving, staging, and organizing inventory
  • Assist with machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience with laser and CNC machines required
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Go-getter attitude with a strong work ethic
  • Comfortable with physical work and material handling tasks
