Job Description

Salary Range: $120,000 – $140,000 Annually

A leading manufacturer of high-precision plastic components serving industries such as automotive, telecommunications, medical devices, renewable energy, and industrial sectors. With a strong focus on injection molding and thermoforming, the company operates multiple production facilities, including sites in Texas and Colorado, as well as an in-house tool and die repair center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand the thermoformed plastics segment
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across various markets
  • Conduct regular customer visits and manage sales activity using CRM tools
  • Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
  • Set and achieve sales targets to grow market share and profitability
  • Analyze new markets and create strategic plans for successful market entry
  • Address and resolve challenges to drive sales growth
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and prepare performance reports for leadership
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple departments
  • Track and report on key sales metrics and departmental KPIs
  • Carry out additional duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • 6–8 years of experience in thermoforming, injection molding, or industrial sales
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Resilient under pressure with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for relationship building
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable working remotely and traveling regularly
  • Technologically savvy and open to process improvements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with CRM system experience
