Job Store Staffing is seeking a Paralegal/Office Manager for a successful commercial real estate investment company with over 35 years of experience in Colorado Springs.
Location: Downtown Colorado Springs, 80903
Duration: Contract to Hire
Schedule: 20-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (to be determined). Must be flexible to stay later some days if needed.
Pay: $25 - $26/hour depending on experience
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Transcribing dictation into emails, letters, reports, memoranda, etc.
Drafting purchase agreements, leases, releases, & other commercial contracts/legal documents
Track all incoming and outgoing commissions and firm annual production
Manage all accounts payable and accounts receivable, taxes, insurance, and reconcile QuickBooks
Work with accountants and bank to assist with finances and payroll
Online research including property records, business filings, background research, etc.
Manage and maintain client database and firm website
Track rent payments from multiple properties
Marketing efforts including property signage, brochures, newsletters, online updates, email flashes, mailers, etc.
Manage owner’s personal finances, travel, and errands
Manage office supplies and other administrative duties

Qualifications:
Experience in a Paralegal, Office Manager, or similar position required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), MailChimp, and Adobe
Experience working with databases and transcribing dictation
Minimum typing speed of 70 wpm
