Job Description

Job Store Staffing is seeking a Temporary Leasing Professional for an apartment complex in Colorado Springs.

Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm 

Location: Stratmoor Hills area, 80906

Pay: $20.00/hour

Duration: Temporary, 60 day assignment, with the possibility to go permanent

Responsibilities: 
  • Communicate with current and prospective tenants to answer questions, resolve problems, renew leases, and more
  • Take payments from residents
  • Showing apartment units to interested tenants
  • Utilize computer system for data entry, database management, and other functions
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience as a Leasing Manager or similar required
  • Experience utilizing multiple computer applications including Yardi
  • Ability to work with confidential customer data
  • Demonstrated communication and listening skills
