We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to contribute to the cleanliness and safety of our school environment. As a custodian, you will play a vital role in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic space for students, staff, and visitors.
Location: Near downtown Colorado Spring
Duration: Long Term Temporary
Shift: Monday - Friday 3pm – 11:30pm
Pay: $16.22
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Empty trash receptacles and ensure proper disposal of waste
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Assist in setting up and cleaning classrooms for events and activities
- Monitor and address maintenance needs, such as replacing light bulbs or fixing minor repairs
- Support overall security and safety efforts within the school premises
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in custodial or maintenance work preferred
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
