Accounts Receivable & Credit Manager
Are you a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives on organization, problem-solving, and leading a small team? We are looking for an Accounts Receivable & Credit Manager to take ownership of our client company’s AR and credit operations.
Location: Downtown Colorado Springs, CO
Salary Range: $70,000-$75,000
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week
Duration: Direct Hire
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the AR and credit team and guide day-to-day operations
- Review and post invoices, ensuring accuracy from field operations
- Manage cash collections and cardlock accounts
- Assess credit for new and existing customers, balancing risk with customer retention
- Build strong relationships with customers while keeping payments on track
- Partner with internal teams to improve processes and efficiency
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or 10+ years of relevant experience (5+ years in supervisory roles)
- Experience in AR management, credit, and collections
- Proficiency with Sage 100 or other ERP/accounting software, Excel, and Word
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
