Are you looking for a work opportunity with a trusted, leading home warranty provider in the U.S? Job Store Staffing is hiring immediately for Accounts Receivable! As an Accounts Receivable, you will support accounting operations by completing invoices and assisting other accounting staff as needed. This role ensures that invoices are accurate and that proper accounting procedures are followed to account for the receipt of payment for goods and services completed by the company.

*** This contract is indefinite for maternity leave***

Pay/Hours

• $24-$25/hr 
• Mon-Fri 8 am-5 pm 

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and analyze incoming payment documents for completeness
• Prepare work to be processed by gathering, sorting, and organizing data and documents
• Prepare invoices for review daily in accordance with established processes
• File invoices daily using established processes
• Provide backup support to other staff in the accounting department
• Other duties as assigned, based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Proven 2 - 4 years of hands-on accounting experience, preferably in accounts receivable
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
• Possess good analytical skills. Ability to calculate figures and amounts.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced, high-volume environment, prioritize, and work efficiently
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of accounting software and Microsoft Office.
