Job Store Staffing is seeking a vibrant, dynamic, personality for an Administrative Assistant for our client located in Colorado Springs, CO.  They specialize in property management and real estate sales. They have a set way of doing things and are looking for a solid employee that can learn their patterns and fulfill them.



Days can be fast paced at times and then slower the next.  An excellent candidate would be organized and efficient in their routines.  They would also need to be extremely detail orientated.  This is a part time position.  Schedule will be Monday-Friday, 1st shift, with varying hours between 9: 00am and 5: 00pm.  Candidates must be flexible with daily hours.  This position is a temp-to-hire. They are looking for someone that would like to grow with the company.  The pay is $15/hr. But after they go perm they would be eligible for benefits and said they can make up to 15K in bonuses (annually).



This qualified  Administrative Assistant  needs to have a great personality. Needs to be a self-starter, get things done and knows what to do. Detail-orientated and very organized. They will provide a journal every week of their activity. Professional demeanor. Great computer skills and great follow up skills. He wants someone that will follow their process, not someone that is head strong and want to change the processes already put in place. Honesty is a must, someone they can trust.



They will be assigned to a group of properties to maintain. Scheduling maintenance, setting up appointments, answering phones, taking care of walk in customers. Most of their marketing is done through their website so following up with the people, etc. They will be dealing with confidential information, may have to do some of the credit application process. May need to do some open houses on occasion. Videotaping a property prior to a new renter moving in.



They do provide a vehicle and pay for the fuel for the part of the job that requires going onsite to the property.

College degree
Clean driving record
Clear a criminal background check
Clear drug screen
