Admin/HR Assistant

Job Description

Job Store Staffing is seeking Temporary HR Assistant for company in Lafayette. This position is expected to last 8 weeks.
Pay: $22.00-24.00/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-4pm
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Maintain employee records and ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Assist with payroll processing and timekeeping activities
  • Support the performance evaluation process by collecting and organizing feedback from managers and employees
  • Run employee reports
Qualifications:
  • Administrative and/or HR experience
  • Must be comfortable working with at risk adults and children
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
