Job Store Staffing is hiring for a Spring Tumbler for a company located in Northern Colorado Springs! These positions are for an Engineering company that specializes in making custom seals, springs, and electrical contacts for Aerospace, Medical, Energy, and Transportation industries, just to name a few.

Hours of Position: Monday-Friday, 5am-2:30pm (including 1-2 mandatory Saturdays a month)
No altered or part-time schedule available
Pay Rate: Starting pay rate is $16-$17/hour.

ESSENTIAL/MAJOR ELEMENTS OF POSITION
- Manages tumbling equipment.
- Sorts medical housings visually to meet requirements.
- Occasionally, the incumbent will be asked and expected to perform various, miscellaneous, and non-standard duties as required. Such duties are diversified in nature and may be changed from time to time to suit the needs of the company.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Necessary to Successfully Perform this Position
- Must be able to read, communicate, follow, and understand verbal and written work instructions in the English language
- Must be capable of achieving performance levels as established.
- Must be able to read and interpret blue prints/department work orders
- Ability to handle small parts
- Effective communications skills
- Basic math skills
Education:
- High school or equivalent is preferred
Experience:
- 1+ year of deburring experience with micro components and/or equivalent
