Job Summary
The Alumni Relations Temp will provide administrative, organizational, and project-based support to the Foundation team and their Alumni Relations strategy. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing details, and supporting events and outreach initiatives.
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80909
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7.5 hours/day (37.5 hours per week)
Compensation: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Duration: Projected through December 31, 2025
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations.
Maintain and update alumni and donor records within the Salesforce database.
Enter and manage Alumni data.
Organize and maintain Foundation documents.
Assist with the planning and execution of Alumni Relations events.
Research and gather information on Alumni careers and accomplishments.
Conduct data analysis to identify engagement trends and target outreach.
Provide support on special projects and cross-departmental initiatives as needed.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM databases preferred (Salesforce a plus).
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
Prior experience in sports, development, or nonprofit work preferred but not required.
Additional Information
In-office work preferred (Colorado Springs, CO), with some flexibility available.
Occasional local travel within Colorado may be required for alumni-related events.
This project-based role is expected to continue through December 31, 2025.
