Job Description

Colorado Springs, CO
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

What You'll Do
  • Assemble and inspect small mechanical parts using precision tools
  • Work under a microscope for extended periods of time
  • Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards
  • Perform repetitive tasks while seated for long periods
  • Keep your workstation clean and organized
What We're Looking For
This position is perfect for someone who enjoys fine-detail work and has a steady, precise hand.
Helpful experience or hobbies include:
  • Jewelry making
  • Model building
  • Watch repair
  • Crafting or other intricate handwork
You should be:
  • Detail-oriented and patient
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Able to stay focused on repetitive tasks
Requirements
  • 1+ years of warehouse assembly or manufacturing assembly experience required
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong hand-eye coordination
  • Excellent manual dexterity
  • Ability to sit for long periods
  • Ability to work under magnification
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
