Job Description
Job Store Professional is seeking a compassionate Assisted Living Director! The Assisted Living Director role is a Direct Hire opportunity with a boutique community, offering quality care and sophisticated service for Seniors.

*Position is a Full-time exempt position Sunday-Thursday Schedule 9AM-5PM
*Position may require the candidate to be on call after regular business hours
*Position may require evening, weekend and holiday availability
Salary Range: $80k-90K
Assisted Living Director Responsibilities
- ALD will manage and have direct over sight of the assisted living program/community
- ALD will recruit, interview, hire, manage, schedule, motivate, evaluate, and supervise assisted living staff in accordance with community policies, procedures and established budgets.
- ALD will manage and implement ongoing training, education, and in-services in accordance with all governing requirements, and community policies and procedures to ensure all staff is properly trained.
- ALD will communicate with medical professionals and families regarding the needs of residents.
- ALD will have primary responsibility for conducting assessments for the assisted living community and determine the care for residents.
- ALD will conduct all care conferences for the Assisted Living community and recommend adjustments in care and services.
- ALD will have complete oversight of medication management in the assisted living.
- ALD will maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.
- ALD will be responsible for managing the assisted living department’s monthly and annual budget.
- ALD will submit reports as directed to the Executive Director.
- ALD will serve as manager on duty (MOD) as assigned.
- ALD will participate in rotation for on call and emergency/crisis situations after scheduled office hours.
- ALD will perform other duties as assigned or needed.
Education
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)
Licenses, Certification and other Considerations of the Position
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) · Medication Aide Certificate · First Aid and CPR Certification · Satisfactory Criminal Background Check (per community policy) · Negative TB test · Clean Drug and Alcohol Screening · Proficient in Microsoft Office · Proficient in Outlook · Prefer experience with Point Click Care
