We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bagging & Kit Production Associate to support daily production and packaging operations. This role is responsible for bagging products, assembling repair kits, and ensuring accurate inventory handling. The ideal candidate will be organized, able to keep pace with production demands, and comfortable working with basic computer systems.
Job Title: Bagging & Kit Production Associate
Location: Colorado Springs, CO 80919
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay: $15.75 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
Bag individual components using barcode and bagging equipment
Assemble repair kits according to pull sheets and order requirements
Scan parts into inventory using a handheld scanner and enter data into Excel
Pull materials from designated storage locations accurately
Place completed kits and packaged products in proper inventory locations
Maintain packaging equipment, including changing bag rolls as needed
Ensure packaging materials match product specifications
Pick customer orders for shipment
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required
No prior experience required willing to train
Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Excel preferred
Ability to read and follow written instructions and pull sheets
Comfortable using scanners and packaging machinery
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable attendance and good time management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
