Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our Production team as a Bagging and Kit Production Associate. This role involves bagging individual items, creating repair kits for customers, and ensuring the accurate handling and organization of products. Essential Functions:
- Maintain attendance and functionality as key aspects of job performance.
- Work accurately with attention to detail and meet production output goals.
- Operate a scanning machine and Excel to scan parts and assemble kits.
- Bag individual items using barcode machinery and ensure proper labeling.
- Place bagged products and completed kits in designated locations.
- Pull inventory as per pull sheets and fulfill customer orders for shipping.
- Maintain and operate packaging equipment safely, including changing bagging rolls as needed.
- Understand and handle different materials while packaging.
- Keep the work environment clean and organized, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Manager.

Skills & Abilities:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary, training provided.
- Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Preferred).
