Job Description
Job Store Staffing is seeking a professional and friendly Bilingual Customer Service Representative for a law firm in the Broomfield area. In this position, you will handle the company's debt collection services.
*MUST BE BILINGUAL IN SPANISH OR PORTUGESE
Pay: $18/hour
Shift: Mon-Thurs 11 AM-8 PM, Friday 9 AM–6 PM, with a rotating Saturday (MST)
Location: Broomfield
Type: Temp-to-hire
Job Requirements:
- Must have at least six months of experience as a customer service representative or similar position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff members
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls
- Provide administrative support as needed
- Background check and drug test required
