Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant to partner with a busy Pediatric Practice in Aurora! 
 
Candidate must be Bilingual - English/Spanish.
 
Contract: Temp to Hire
 
Schedule: Monday - Friday with rotating Friday/Saturday shifts (32 - 40 hours a week)
 
Pay: $20 - $23/hr, DoE
 
Must have MA certificate of completion/diploma from medical vocational program.
 
Full COVID and Flu vaccination (proof required). 
 
Resume and Interview required.
 
Drug Test and Background Check required.
 
Will work with a provider.
 
Duties required, but not limited to:
  • Essential MA functions: Rooming patients, taking vitals, adjusting to clinic flow, intake, etc.
  • Using our EHR (EPIC)
  • Administering immunizations and injections
  • Phone calls with prior auths/referrals, prescriptions, lab or test results, patient needs with excellent customer service.
  • Care management duties
  • Stocking supplies
  • Must be able to multitask and take initiative to work with little supervision.
  • Must be a team Player.
 
Administrative Duties:
  • Scheduling
  • Answering phones
  • Insurance verification
 
Clinical Duties:
  • Performing injections
  • Performing EKGs
  • Administering medications
