Bilingual Recruiter HR Generalist
Job Store Staffing is recruiting for a bilingual Recruiter HR Generalist in the Denver, Colorado area. As a Bilingual Recruiter HR Generalist you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall human resources functions within the organization. The ideal candidate for this role is organized, has a high attention to detail, and is personable, with a strong sense of professionalism and discretion. Key responsibilities will include recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, policy compliance, and supporting daily HR operations. You will be a key point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance and assistance on Recruiting/HR-related matters. The Bilingual Recruiter must speak, read and write English and Spanish fluently.
Location: Denver – near Denver International Airport – this is a full-time onsite position. Occasional travel will be required.
Salary: $70,000-80,0000/year
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develops, facilitates and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with department managers to identify and create detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Facilitate new employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
- Tracks all onboarding/offboarding tasks, ensuring all HR team tasks are completed on schedule.
- Tracks Employee Referrals and coordinates payments.
- Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, and internet sites.
- Attend job fairs and coordinate open houses, seeking career events to maximize recruiting efforts. Process reference requests, application response letters, and related pre-employment background checks.
- Track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
2. Employee Relations:
- Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, concerns, and issues, providing
timely and accurate assistance.
3. Benefits Administration:
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans,
and leave policies.
- Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and help resolve any issues that may arise.
4. Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, keeping them up-to-date and confidential.
5. Training and Development:
- Support the implementation of professional development initiatives for employees.
6. HR Policies and Procedures:
- Ensure consistent application of policies and procedures throughout the organization.
7. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Compile and analyze HR data to generate reports on key HR metrics and trends.
- Utilize data insights to recommend improvements to HR processes and practices.
8. HR Projects:
- Participate in various HR projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement programs, and process improvements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required (certification is a plus).
Skills & Abilities:
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish
- Five years proven experience as a Recruiter/HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
- Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
