Bookkeeper/Administrator – Full-Time
Flexible Hours | Pay Rate: $28–$32/hr
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper/Administrator to join our client's team! This is a full time temp to hire position!
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
- Assist with payroll processing and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Conduct general ledger reconciliations and assist in the preparation of financial reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
- Strong understanding of clerical and bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficient in 10-key typing and data entry.
- Familiarity with payroll and tax procedures.
- Experience using QuickBooks and ERP systems.
- Payroll experience with a PEO system.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of record keeping.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
