Job Store Staffing is seeking a CNC Machinist for our client in Pueblo, CO!
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys precision machining, problem-solving, and working with both mills and lathes. You will be programming, setting up, and operating CNC equipment while using SolidWorks and Mastercam to produce high-quality components.
Pay Range: $28-31/hour
Location: Pueblo, CO
Duration: Long term temp with possibility of hire
Requirements:
- 3+ years of CNC machining experience
- Experience with both CNC mills and CNC lathes
- Proficiency with SolidWorks and MasterCAM for programming and modifications
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
- Strong understanding of tolerances, measurements, and inspection tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
CNC Machinist Duties:
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills and lathes
- Program or edit programs using MasterCAM and SolidWorks models
- Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality and dimensional standards
- Perform machine adjustments, tool changes, and routine maintenance
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Maintain accurate documentation for jobs, tooling, and quality checks
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency
