Pay Rate: $17 - $23 per hour
Schedule:
- Training: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM
- Regular Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:15 PM - 2:00 AM
- Mandatory Overtime: 1-2 Saturdays per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Operator to join our team in Northern Colorado Springs. This position offers an opportunity to work with an industry-leading engineering company specializing in custom seals, springs, and electrical contacts for the Aerospace, Medical, Energy, and Transportation industries. The ideal candidate will have experience operating and setting up CNC machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate computer-controlled and manual CNC machines according to established procedures
- Select, position, and secure materials to ensure proper machining
- Adjust machine settings to meet specifications and production deadlines
- Use precision measuring tools to verify product quality and accuracy
- Monitor machine operations and observe for potential issues, assisting technicians during repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote workplace safety
- Follow all safety protocols and operational guidelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical instructions
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
- Complete necessary documentation and production reports
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of CNC machine operation and setup experience
- Two or more years of general machine operation experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints and work orders
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Comfortable handling small parts and working with precision tools
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
