Hours of Position:
Monday-Friday, 6:00 am-3:30 pm
Monday-Friday, 3:15 pm-2:00 am
including 1-2 mandatory Saturdays a month
Pay Rate: $17-$23/hour
Duration: Contract-To-Hire
Location: North Colorado Springs, CO 80921
Experience/Education:
- Minimum 1+ years of operating and set-up experience on CNC machines
- 2+ years of machine operating
- High school diploma
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machines following established procedures and guidelines.
- Use computer-controlled and/or manual equipment to select, position, and secure machinery.
- Adjust machine settings to complete tasks accurately, meeting specifications and deadlines.
- Learn and utilize precision measuring tools to ensure quality production.
- Observe safety protocols at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote workplace safety.
- Observe machine repairs performed by Technicians to gain understanding.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Ability to handle small parts
- Able to read and write English
- Basic math and the ability to read blueprints and work orders
- Solid troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Capable of performing effectively in medium- to fast-paced settings.
