Job Store Staffing is seeking a skilled CNC Programmer for our client company! The ideal candidate will have 3 or more years of experience in CNC programming, particularly with Fusion 360 or Mastercam software for HAAS V4 and V2 machines.
Duration: Long Term, Contract to Hire
Pay Range: $25-35/hour
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines efficiently and safely.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate programming and machining.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot issues and optimize machining processes.
- Adhere to quality standards and procedures to produce high-quality parts consistently
- Utilize Fusion 360 or Mastercam software to program parts and tooling for HAAS V4 and V2 machines.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to various chemicals may require safety precautions.
- Utilization of a range of machines, including CNC equipment, saws, lathes, drills, and grinders.
- Occasional use of personal computers for data entry.
- Physical activities such as lifting, bending, and standing are integral to the role.
- Working conditions may be noisy and dirty at times.
Qualifications:
- 3 or more years of CNC programming experience required.
- Proficiency in Fusion 360 or Mastercam software.
- Experience programming HAAS V4 and V2 machines is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and techniques.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
