Job Description

Job Store Staffing is seeking a Calibration Technician for our customer located in Colorado Springs, CO.
  
Shift: Monday - Friday 8am – 4:30pm
Pay Range: $18/hour
 
The Calibration Technician will test and calibrate mechanical, electromechanical, and electronic measuring, recording, and indicating instruments/equipment for conformance to established standards. An ideal candidate must be able to follow a sequence of testing and calibration procedures for instruments and equipment following blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, procedures and other specifications.

Required Skills: 
  • Calibration/machinist experience
  • Good math skills
  • Computer use
  • Ability to follow detailed Instructions
  • Work under minimal direct supervision (after training)
  • Work as a Production Team member
  • Ability to work in various Off-Site environments
 
Beneficial Skills and Experience
  • Manufacturing/Production experience 1year+
  • Basic mechanical, electrical and/or electronics experience
  • Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word)
 
Education:
  • High School (or GED Equivalent)
  • Technical School a plus
