Job Store Staffing is seeking a Temporary Care Team Associate for one of our respected clients. This position is for a global nonprofit Christian organization that provides curriculum to Christian schools all around the world!

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 to 4:30pm
Location: North Colorado Springs (Briargate area), 80920
Pay: $18.25/hour
Duration: Temporary, lasting approximately 1 month
Essential Duties:
- Make outbound phone calls to members and customers for marketing and member support
- Research account and contact records in relation to call campaigns
- Document call information in CRM
- Update customer and member information in CRM as needed
- Data cleanup
- Order entry

- Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
- Excellent telephone manner and listening skills
- Ability to relate to customers in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to learn quickly and follow directions precisely
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Experience:
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Office 365
- Experience making outbound sales calls
