Job Store Staffing is seeking a Temporary Care and Certification Team Support Associate for one of our respected clients. This position is for a global nonprofit Christian organization that provides curriculum to Christian schools all around the world!

Shift: Monday through Friday, 8-hour days, start time between 7:00 and 8:00 am MT 

Location: North Colorado Springs (Briargate area), 80920 

• This position may have the opportunity to be performed remotely

Pay Range: $18.00/hour

Duration: Temporary, lasting approximately 2 months

• This position is expected to last until mid-November

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Care Team and Certification Team with administrative tasks in multiple computer applications

• Download transcripts and upload into the individual’s account

• Manually enter applications and merge duplicate records

• Perform data entry and updates in the customer database system, making calls to confirm information accuracy as required 

• Document work performed as instructed

Qualifications:

• To be considered for this position, you must provide a Christian testimony and a signed Statement of Faith

• Experience with multiple Microsoft applications, particularly Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft CRM, and Microsoft Office 365 

• Experience with providing customer support via email and phone 

• Ability to navigate through multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy

• Ability to work with customer data, performing data entry and updates quickly and accurately
