- Answering and making telephone calls and answering any enquiries by providing useful information.
- Must have strong data entry skills.
- Must have strong attention to detail.
- Proficient with Windows based software and Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Must type a minimum of 8000 Key Strokes Per Hour.
