Pay: $20–$24/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire Mon- Friday, 8AM - 5PM, with occasional evenings/wknds
Location: Boulder, CO (some local driving required)
About the Role
Job Store Staffing is seeking an entry-level Bilingual Community Center Coordinator to support the operations of a local non-profit organization. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering you the chance to build your career while making a meaningful impact in the community.
The Coordinator will assist with day-to-day operations, program coordination, and community outreach to ensure a welcoming and well-organized environment for students, families, and community partners. This position involves occasional driving for local errands, site visits, and community events.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily operations of the Community Center and ensure programs run smoothly.
  • Help coordinate activities, workshops, and events in collaboration with staff and community partners.
  • Support marketing and outreach efforts, including flyers, announcements, and social media.
  • Provide administrative support by answering inquiries and maintaining communication with partners.
  • Ensure the center is organized, clean, and prepared for programs and events.
  • Track participation and provide updates to supervisors.
  • Perform occasional local driving for errands, events, or site visits.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Education or related field a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
  • Comfortable engaging with community members, families, and youth.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
