Job Store Staffing is seeking a Cross Dock Warehouse Supervisor for a client in the Aurora area. The Cross Dock Warehouse Supervisor with be responsible for the loading/ unloading of dry, refrigerated, and frozen pallets. We are seeking a Cross Dock Warehouse Supervisor with a strong background in the food warehouse industry. The right candidate will forklift experience in a warehouse environment as well as supervisory experience. This is a temporary to hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Pay/ Schedule:
- $26.00/hr base pay +$3/hr for night shift and/or +$2/hr for weekend
- Monday – Sunday 4am-2pm Swing Shift, must be flexible
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse operations, including loading and unloading of pallets.
- Ensure accurate scanning and tracking of inventory using RF scanners and WMS.
- Oversee proper handling of dry, refrigerated, and frozen goods to maintain quality and compliance.
- Train and support warehouse staff to maintain operational efficiency.
- Monitor workflow, enforce safety protocols, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to inventory, equipment, or personnel.
Minimum Requirements, Qualifications, Additional Skills, Aptitude
- High School diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
- A minimum of one 2 years experience working in a warehouse supervisor/lead.
- Previous experience operating powered industrial equipment required. (i.e., forklift, pallet jacks, stock pickers, etc.)
