Job Store Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Greeter for a client located in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. The Customer Service Greeter is a temporary-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate. It is a great opportunity to get your foot in door with a state position at the DMV and there is potential for growth and advancement within the department. We are looking for eager and excited candidates that will be responsible for being the first point of contact and greeting customers and clients when they first arrive. The Customer Service Greeter must be enthusiastic and comfortable providing quality customer service to upset customers. 
 
The Customer Service Greeter is a great position to get your foot in the door with a state agency! The Customer Service Greeter will learn great new customer service skills in an office setting and once hired on permanently will have great benefits as a state employee.
 
The Customer Service Greeter will work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and will be paid $19.50/hr. 
 
The Customer Service Greeter requires:
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong Excel skills.
  • Must have 1-2 years office experience in a customer service or administration related role.
  • Previous cash handling experience is beneficial.
  • Effective planning and very strong organizational skills.
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong listening and comprehension skills and the ability to follow directions. 
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and adapt.
  • Must be comfortable standing for long-periods of time.
