Job Store Staffing is recruiting for an eager Customer Service Representative for a small family-owned company in the Centennial, Colorado area. The position will be a temporary-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate and will be an office-based position. The Customer Service Representative is an office-based position and we are seeking individuals that love working with clients and customers to solve puzzles and find solutions. The Customer Service Representative will be the first point of contact for customers wanting to follow up on order statuses or are seeking product information.
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5pm and Friday 8am-noon
Pay: $19-22/hr
The Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The Customer Service Representative will have excellent Customer Service Skills with the Ability to provide Gold Standard Customer Service.
Our client is a small family owned and family first company with 30 employees. This company is looking for someone that is the great fit for their company and is willing to help out wherever needed to get the job done. They offer a great schedule with half days on Friday and offer flexibility for those who need it. Essential Functions:
The Essential Function include, but are not limited to:
- Enter customer purchase orders into ERP
- Assemble order packets
- Process faxed, emailed, EDI, and trade show purchase orders
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Assemble training manuals
- Transfer backorders
- Run weekly reports
- Process Free Good requests from customers
- Cross referencing product to company product
- Assist salespeople in the field
Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent Microsoft Office experience
- Standard office equipment knowledge
- Proven customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Problem Solving Product Information
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Detail Oriented
- Quick Learner
- Ability to type a minimum of 55WPM
- Experience in an office environment with multiple team members
- Ability to multi‐task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Work Environment: This position operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma required
- Expert knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, & Outlook)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
