Job Store Staffing is seeking Customer Service Experts for our client in South Colorado Springs, CO. In this role you will be, fostering relationships through clear communication across various platforms. You will be responsibility for informing customers with inventory and delivery updates, maintaining ERP data accuracy, resolving customer issues efficiently, and driving revenue growth through upselling and proactive business development.
Location: South Colorado Springs, 80905
Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $20-22/hour
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
- 4+ years in customer service, call center, sales desk, or order taking
- Outbound sales calls experience
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, and percentages.
- High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective listening and de-escalation skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Quick thinking and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
- Engage with stakeholders via email, phone, and chat to understand goals and challenges.
- Communicate inventory status and delivery needs with operational teams.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Respond to inquiries about order tracking, billing, and returns.
- Perform suggestive selling techniques and manage orders and promotions.
- Develop new business opportunities and create upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
