Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Pay Range: $24-26/hour
Qualifications/Skills Needed:
- At least two years of Customer Service/Sales Experience in a Manufacturing Environment.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably SalesForce
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
- Proficiency with MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in coordinating travel and organizing events is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Essential Functions and Basic Duties:
- Answer incoming calls, provide information when possible, and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Respond to customer requests for standard quotations and literature, and ensure accurate and timely communication.
- Assist sales team by relaying important messages, identifying potential leads, and coordinating meetings.
- Enter quotes, opportunities, and updates into SalesForce. Manage sales orders from receipt through completion, including order acknowledgments, delivery notifications, and addressing discrepancies.
- Manage the purchasing process for distributed goods, including determining quantities, placing purchase orders, and verifying vendor invoices.
- Assist the management and sales team with compiling reports and gathering necessary information.
- Organize trade shows, manage logistics, and coordinate travel arrangements for the sales department, CEO, and international visitors.
- Assist with urgent shipping, receiving, and forklift deliveries as needed.
