Job Description

Temporary Data Entry Associate (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Broomfield, CO
Pay: $20.10/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Duration: May 4, 2026 – June 30, 2026
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Associate for a full-time, temporary project supporting an administrative team. This role is ideal for someone who is highly accurate, organized, and comfortable working with large volumes of data in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform high-volume data entry with a strong focus on accuracy
  • Review, process, and enter records into internal databases
  • Assist with clearing a backlog of documentation and records
  • Follow established procedures for data validation and routing
  • Support the team with additional administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work efficiently with repetitive tasks
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel, data systems, etc.)
  • Reliable and able to commit to the full project timeline
Additional Information:
  • This is a fully on-site position in Broomfield
  • Candidates must be available for the entire duration of the assignment
  • A background check is required
