Job Description

Job Title: Data Entry Associate (Temporary – 2–4 Weeks)
Pay: $21.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm (30-minute lunch)
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 2–4 weeks (estimated, may vary based on project completion)
Position Overview:
We are seeking detail-oriented Data Entry Associates to assist with a short-term project supporting a healthcare organization. This role involves transferring and verifying large volumes of data within a new healthcare system. Training will be provided, and associates will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) due to the sensitive nature of the information.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately transfer and enter data between systems
  • Review information for completeness and accuracy
  • Follow established procedures and instructions carefully
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive medical information
  • Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy
Qualifications:
  • Strong computer skills and comfort working with data systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to follow directions and learn new processes quickly
  • Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Additional Information:
  • Background check required 
  • Training will be provided
  • Professional casual dress code (nice jeans and appropriate shirt, nothing offensive)
