Digital Press Operator – Temp to Hire

Seeking a Digital Press Operator to set up, run, and maintain a digital press for production. Responsible for print quality and accurate order fulfillment. Ideal candidates will have a strong eye for detail and work well independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22/hour
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 4:00 AM – 4:00 PM or Mon - Friday 5AM - 2:30PM

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain digital printing presses
• Perform color calibrations and routine maintenance
• Review job tickets and set up files accurately
• Monitor output and make adjustments to ensure quality
• Troubleshoot press issues and escalate when needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience operating digital presses preferred
• Strong mechanical and computer aptitude
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
• Attention to detail and quality standards
