Job Store Staffing is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician for a supplement company in the Louisville, CO area! The Facilities Technician is responsible for supporting the Senior Facilities Technician with day-to-day facility operations, including: maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings and other facilities in compliance with local, state and federal regulations.

Type: Temp-to-Hire

Location: Louisville, Co

Pay: $20 - $24/hr

Shift: Mon-Friday 8:30 AM - 5PM

Job Duties:

•Perform daily, weekly and monthly building inspections with high attention to detail to identify necessary repairs.
•Responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems to ensure optimal operating results - making sure cleaning, upkeep and safety standards are maintained.
•Performs general industrial maintenance including installation of equipment and devices to ensure proper operation, some being specific to the supplement or food preparation environment.
•Responds to facility emergencies to ensure minimal disruption to production and to minimize facility damage.
•Perform routine maintenance and timely repairs in the areas of painting, carpentry, plumbing and general handyman needs.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED .
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Basic understanding of tool safety.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics is required.
