Monday- Thursday 4-10 hour shifts flexible
Onsite in Broomfield, CO
Pay: $30-35/hr
Primary Responsibilities:
- Participates in daily meetings to enable support of yield, service, and productivity objectives. Works closely with Operations & Supply Planning Teams to align priorities for production, product development, sales orders, preventive maintenance and sampling.
- Communicates regularly with Supply Planning & Customer Service on open order status and expected ship dates.
- Reviews on a daily basis, production order scheduled due dates to align with equipment, resource, and raw material availability. Adjusts finite production schedule based upon expedite requests, order due dates, material and resource availability.
- Responsible for master data set up review and maintenance to ensure correct material BOM’s, routings, and MRP planning data are entered correctly into SAP. Maintains a high level of system competency to ensure proper material set-ups and day-to-day scheduling is occurring accurately.
- Monitors WIP inventory and works closely with material handling, warehouse/logistics, and inventory control functions to maintain data accuracy. Provide analysis and recommend corrective action.
- Works with Materials and Manufacturing Leadership to develop the master manufacturing plan for the business function that involves material fabric requirements, fabricator fabric requirements, amount of finished fabric, machine capacity and capability and staffing levels. Communicates and presents plan to all levels of management, as required.
- Properly plan and schedule new products to ensure adequate inventory coverage and monitor phased-out products to minimize obsolescence. Maintains a working knowledge of key inventory metrics and their financial implications.
- Properly plan and schedule R&D trials and Tests in Process to ensure timely and effective fulfillment of business objectives.
- Manages and releases production schedule on a daily basis. Updates backordered items and customer request dates as required.
Education/Experience
Experience – SAP 1-3 years scheduling/planning experience
Education- HS Diploma with experience or Bachelors degree
APICS Certification a plus
