Job Store Staffing is seeking Packaging and Production Associates for one of our largest bakery distribution centers located in Green Valley Ranch, Colorado. As a Packaging and Production Associate, you will be an integral part of our production team, contributing to the creation of high-quality baked goods.

Schedule for the Packaging and Production Associate:
Monday - Friday 4am-12:20pm, 12pm- 8:10pm or 1:30pm- 10pm
Pay: $18.50/hr

Requirements:
Packaging and Production Associates must be able to stand for the entire shift, be flexible with scheduling. Standing the entire shift does require some upper body strength as the associate will be kneading dough for bread or working in the packing department.
- Assist in the manufacturing process of bakery products, adhering to CGMP standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the production line.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow instructions for mixing ingredients and preparing dough.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
- Perform quality checks on products to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds consistently
- Must be flexible with days off
- Cross-training on all bakery positions
- Comfortable with Good Manufacturing Practices
- Candidates must complete a background check and drug screen.
