Job Description

We are looking for hard-working, Forklift Operators who don't mind getting their hands dirty to join our client’s amazing team. Bring your warehouse and forklift experience to one of America’s most trusted companies and make an impact. We are looking for dependable and hardworking people to join us and in a business that will always be essential.

Pay: $17-18/hour
Shifts:
  • 6:00 am - 4:30 pm
  • 4:15 pm – 2:45 am
Location: Fountain, CO
Duration: Seasonal until May 2026 with potential to go longer

 This role involves handling materials with double forklifts to load, unload, and transport efficiently in an outdoor environment. If you have expertise in forklift operations, particularly with double forks, and enjoy working outdoors, we want to hear from you!

 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate double-fork forklifts safely and efficiently in an outdoor setting.
  • Load and unload materials using double forks, ensuring accuracy and care.
  • Transport multiple pallets or large loads to designated locations.
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
  • Follow all safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Assist with additional material handling tasks as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of forklift experience required, preferably in outdoor environments.
  • Proven experience operating double-fork forklifts.
  • Previous forklift operator certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
  • Strong understanding of forklift safety practices.
  • Ability to work in varying outdoor conditions.
  • Good physical condition and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
