Job Description

We are seeking hardworking, dependable individuals to join a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. This role combines hands-on production work with material handling and forklift operation. Ideal candidates enjoy staying active, working outdoors or in industrial settings, and supporting both production and logistics functions.

Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
Shifts:
  • 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • 4:15 PM to 2:45 AM
Location: Lochbuie, CO

What You’ll Do
  • Package and stack bags of soil onto pallets as they come off the production line
  • Inspect bags for proper sealing, labeling, and weight accuracy
  • Wrap, label, and stage finished pallets for shipment
  • Safely operate forklifts, including double-fork forklifts, to move materials throughout the facility and outdoor yard
  • Load, unload, and transport pallets to designated areas
  • Perform shipping, receiving, stocking, and general warehouse duties as needed
  • Conduct basic equipment checks and report maintenance issues
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety procedures and support daily production goals
What We’re Looking For
  • At least 2 years of forklift experience required (double-fork experience preferred)
  • Ability to work in a warehouse and outdoor environment, including dusty conditions
  • Willingness to perform both production and material handling tasks
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly and stand for 10-hour shifts
  • Comfortable working overtime, including weekends (up to 60 hours per week during peak periods)
  • Steel-toe boots required
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Preferred Experience
  • Warehouse, order picking, or production line experience
  • Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Shipping, receiving, or inventory experience
