Job Store Professional has partnered with a global startup telecommunications company to search for a Global Payroll Manager. The Global Payroll Manager will be responsible for payroll and payroll taxes based in the US, UK, Canada and South Korea. Ideal candidates will have extensive multi-state US and international UK based payroll experience and have experience with global mobility.
 
Our client is at the forefront of satellite-enabled network and cloud computing technology. They are looking to further expand their company into new international markets and open more US based offices. 
 
The Global Payroll Manager will be responsible for processing payroll for multiple entities across the globe and manage the PEO. This position will also be responsible for managing the company’s global mobility program. You will manage employees on assignment as well as pre and post assignment. The Global Payroll Manager main point of contact for payroll throughout the company and we are looking for a great communicator that will be a leader in the HR and finance teams. 
 
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in payroll that have experience in multi-state & international payroll processing, and employee/employer deductions and global mobility.
 
Salary range: $105,000-$130,000/year. The position will be paid hourly for the first 6 months $50-62/hr.
 
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
 
Responsibilities of Global Payroll Manager:
  • Manage payroll processing and reconciliation
  • Liaise and manage multiple global payroll service providers and PEO
  • Manage and update new and existing state, federal, and international legislation and taxes
  • Update and maintain labor distribution records, voluntary and involuntary deductions, vacation and sick leave accrual, overtime, and withholding statuses
  • Maintain Restrictive Stock Unit accruals and disbursements
  • Advise and guide HR in all areas of the transfer of an employee’s compensation, tax, and immigration
  • Meet with and guide employees pre-assignment to review the relocation process, compensation and taxation, immigration, health and retirement benefits, allowances, policies, and visas
  • Update Payroll and HR systems with new and existing employee information
  • Manage and maintain immigration files and cases to ensure timely filing, including employee visas
  • Review, track, and process PEO statements and filings
Requirements of the Global Payroll Manager:
  • 5+ years’ experience in a payroll function supporting US and international clients
  • Expert knowledge and experience with payroll taxes
  • Experience in Global Mobility
  • Experience running multiple payroll accounts for several entities
  • Experience in multi-state and international payroll processing
  • Experience working with employee/employer deductions
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now
