Job Description

Job Store Staffing is currently seeking Temporary HR Support for our client company in Manufacturing. This position plays an important role in supporting the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, records management, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will bring professionalism, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with discretion and integrity.

 
Location: South Colorado Springs, 80905
Shift: Monday – Friday Day Shift, 40 hours a week
Starting Pay: $24-28/hour 
Duration: Temporary, with possibility of hire
 
Responsibilities:
  • Support recruitment efforts by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating communication with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Facilitate onboarding for new employees, including preparation of materials, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring compliance with established procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records within the HRIS system.
  • Provide administrative support for HR initiatives, respond to employee inquiries, and assist with planning and execution of employee-focused events and programs.
  • Contribute to HR projects and other assignments as required.
 
Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in an HR support or similar role.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • SHRM-CP or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) is highly desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks effectively, maintain confidentiality, and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to integrity and ethical standards.
