Job Description

Press Operator – 2nd Shift
Louisville, CO | $20.00/hour
Job Store Staffing is hiring a Press Operator for a growing manufacturing company in the Louisville, CO area. If you enjoy hands-on work, operating machinery, and working in a fast-paced production environment, we'd love to hear from you! Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but motivated individuals with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
Schedule:
  • Monday – Friday
  • 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Responsibilities
  • Set up and operate installation presses using the appropriate tooling.
  • Install the correct PEM hardware by following work orders, drawings, and travelers.
  • Program press controllers to ensure proper installation specifications.
  • Request Quality Assurance inspections for first article parts.
  • Scan work orders at the start and completion of each job using the E2 software system.
  • Read blueprints and production documentation to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to safely move and handle large parts.
Qualifications
  • Ability to learn PEM hardware, part numbers, and material applications.
  • Comfortable reading production drawings and using the PEM catalog.
  • Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to identify different material types and gauges.
  • Experience with forklifts and basic hand tools is a plus.
  • Manufacturing, production, or machine operation experience preferred.
